Finally in my new office! This week has been really indescribable as we made the move from a two-bedroom apartment to a big, beautiful Victorian home. It's a much more inspiring space to work from. Who knows if Westward will ever help with the mortgage, but the two hours a day I devote to it will certainly be a lot less cramped now! | 5 Comments

Coming out of the closet. This should be the last photo taken in my closet office. While I've enjoyed the cramped space, lack of oxygen, and garish lighting, I've just learned that we'll be closing on our new home next week, which will mean a notable improvement in working space. This is the mug I drink my strong coffee out of every morning as I work on the strip. It has a Space Brother on one side and "WE ARE NOT ALONE" written in large, friendly letters on the other. I've had my coffee from this mug every day since long before I should have been drinking coffee. It may be the one possession I have that, if I were to lose it, I would honestly not know what to do.
